For improving swimmers, Killerwhales have Development Squad sessions. The sessions are designed to boost fitness, confidence and technique. These form a bridge between our Learn-To-Swim classes and our competitive Squads.

 

We also welcome new entrants direct into our Development Squads, as well as swimmers progressing from the Learn-To-Swim classes.

Swimmer’s confidence, fitness and stroke technique will improve at each step enabling the majority of swimmers to enjoy the freedom of being able to swim whether in a social or competitive arena.

 

Once at the top of the Learn to Swim ladder we then cater for the progressive/early competitive swimmer. Furthermore swimmers can be selected to enter our comprehensive squad system where they may have the opportunity to compete in our club championships and go on to represent the Club.
